Acupuncture
The main goal of acupuncture is to rebalance your body so its energy flow, also called the qi (pronounced "chee"), is able to circulate freely and harmoniously. In layperson terms, acupuncture stimulates the flow of oxygen, nutrients and blood throughout your body in a way that supports your body's natural ability to heal itself

Moxibustion
The warm effect of the moxa can induce some active substances produced within the tissues, after being absorbed by connective tissue, blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, and nerves under the irradiated skin, distribute to other parts of the body with the blood circulation, and enhance the metabolism and thermogenesis of organs they reached. Moxa can also energize the metabolism of cells. The energy generated by moxa process goes through the nerve-humoral system providing the activation for the pathological cells lacking energy and then further adjust the body’s immune and neurological functions

Laser therapy
Laser acupuncture is defined as the stimulation of traditional acupuncture points with low-intensity, nonthermal laser irradiation. Laser is used to stimulate acupuncture points using the same rules of point selection as needle acupuncture. Laser acupuncture may be used solely or in combination with needles for any given condition over a course of treatment. This therapy is a good alternative for patients with fobia of needles.

E-Stim therapy
Also called Electro Acupuncture. Wires or electrodes are attached from an E-Stim device to acupuncture needles inserted through the skin to induce continuous small electric pulses most commonly for pain management and neurologic condition such as stroke.

GUA- SHA
Gua sha is defined as instrument assisted mechanical stimulation of the body surface that intentionally creates therapeutic petechiae and ecchymosis representing extravasation of blood in the subcutis. Early studies show that gua sha may help cells create heme oxygenase-1. HO-1 can help reduce inflammation and is one of many possible benefits of gua sha. Relief of chronic pain; Gua sha has been used to help alleviate chronic pain. The increase in blood flow and direct application to trouble areas can help relieve discomfort

Auriculotherapy
Auriculotherapy is a form of alternative medicine based on the idea that the ear is a micro system, which reflects the entire body, represented on the auricle. Conditions affecting the physical, mental or emotional health of the patient are treatable by stimulation of the surface of the ear. We use ear seeds which are very small stick-on seeds or needles that are also used to stimulate the acupuncture points .

Acupoint Injection Therapy
(AIT) is the procedure of injecting sterile solution in to acupoints, trigger points, ashi points, tight muscles locations which can increase the therapeutic effect.
Trigger point injection therapy may be an option for treating pain in some patients. Sterile solutions are injected into trigger points, historically called Ashi points in Chinese medicine to relief pain. The procedure is used to treat tender/painful points along the channel/meridian or the tight band/knot along the muscle causing pain and inflammation. Trigger points/Ashi points are commonly associated with musculoskeletal disorders including neck, low back pain, fibromyalgia, and myofascial pain syndrome. Furthermore, trigger points may be seen in patients who suffer from headaches and temporomandibular pain. The goal of the treatment is to inactivate the trigger point, Ashi point/tight muscle band, while simultaneously providing the nutrients and hydration the tissues needed to heal and recover. Several sites may be injected in one visit. After a trigger point injection, the area may be tender. It is encouraged to remain active after the trigger point injection in an effort to put the affected muscle through its’ full range of motion in the week after the injection. However, it is advised to refrain from strenuous activity, particularly for the first three to four days after the injection. Typically we use a combination of saline, b-12, dextrose, trameel, or zeel depending on the area being treated.
